When you think of the tuning shop Top Secret, you normally would think that its prized shop cars, like their gold GTR, would be locked away deep somewhere deep in the garage. But instead, its kept outside in front of the shop for any passerby to see and maybe get curious enough to investigate the car, and the shop it belongs to.
